Gareth Timmins
Gareth Timmins is a former Royal Marines Commando, behavioural scientist and founder of Nought Point One the performance clothing and equipment brand for people of all backgrounds and capabilities, inspired by the operational requirements of the Royal Marines.
While undertaking the thirty-four weeks of Commando training in 2006, he documented his experiences by keeping a never-before captured diary of elite military training. In his debut book, Gareth used his academic grounding to devise thirty-four unique psychological lessons that people can use to achieve cutting-edge, performance thinking and develop an elite mindset.
Gareth is currently contributing to an MSc programme while undertaking PhD research at the University of Surrey – investigating new and innovative ways elite military-based perspective and practices can be extracted and applied to enhance mindset performance in the teachings and manifestations on entrepreneurial thinking and success.
